A former French notary and holder of the Advanced Diploma in Notarial Law from Panthéon-Assas University (Paris II), Benoit brings to the Campoy Heneaux Family Office and the Serenitatem Investment Fund over 27 years of experience in the notarial profession, including 15 years as a partner notary within two leading notarial practices in the Paris region.
Throughout his career, he has developed extensive expertise in real estate law, contract law, and corporate law, fields in which he also lectured as a university instructor.
With his analytical precision and strategic vision, he
advises the Executive Committee on the structuring, governance, and validation of the Group’s investment vehicles.
He ensures the legal soundness, regulatory transparency, and economic consistency of operations conducted by Campoy Heneaux Group Ltd. and the Serenitatem Fund, contributing to the strength and long-term sustainability of the Family Office’s investment framework.
Jérome CALMETTES
A seasoned real estate professional, he brings over thirty years of experience in property transactions, asset management, and real estate value creation to Campoy Heneaux Group Ltd. and the Serenitatem Investment Fund.
Jérome began his career at IBM, where he gained a strong foundation in performance, precision, and operational discipline. He later discovered his true calling in real estate, joining a great real estate international group in the TOP 5, where he advanced to management roles before founding his own agencies in the Paris region, specializing in real estate transactions and wealth management.
Throughout his career, he has developed a comprehensive understanding of the real estate market, combining economic insight with a long-term approach to sustainable value creation. His expertise spans the full asset lifecycle — acquisition, development, management, and divestment.
Within the Campoy Heneaux Family Office, He serves as a Strategic Real Estate Advisor to the Executive Committee, contributing to the development and execution of the Group’s and Serenitatem Fund’s real estate strategy, with a focus on rigor, pragmatism, and long-term vision.
